Denitech is a team oriented company full of ambitious, go getter individuals with a work hard, play hard mentality.  If you're looking to join a team and start a career then this is the place for you!  Due to growth, we are currently looking for a Receiving Coordinator.  In this role you are responsible for checking-in, receiving the product into eAutomate, labeling the product, and putting it in the proper location in a timely manner, including equipment, parts, and supplies.  You are also responsible for contacting the vendor when there is a miss shipment of product, and then contacting the internal customer to inform them of the error (i.e. Parts Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, etc.).

  • Unbox equipment, parts, and supplies.
  • Matches quantities shipped to the receiving document.
  • Matches receiving document to the purchase order.
  • Receives quantities matched to the purchase order into eAutomate.
  • Labels product with internally generated product labels.
  • Stocks the received product in appropriate location.
  • Process all Xerox miss shipments according to GISX guidelines.
  • Report and maintain all freight claim documentation.
  • Scan all purchase orders and receiving documentation into the Accounting shared drive.
  • Assist AP department with receiving and invoicing discrepancies.
  • Cross train in other areas within the warehouse when possible.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
  • Participates in physical inventories as required.
  • Keeps attendance and punctuality in good standing.
  • Adheres to all company/department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive work environment.
  • Be a team player.
  • Adhere to the Employee Code of Conduct.
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.
  • Other duties as assigned.  Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must have a working knowledge of receiving and inventory control.

This position requires accuracy in data entry, the ability to multitask, and work in the extreme heat and cold.  It is preferable that the individual doing this job is able to help in the problem solving arena, and has excellent communication and customer service skills.
