Denitech is a team oriented company full of ambitious, go getter individuals with a work hard, play hard mentality.  If you're looking to join a team and start a career then this is the place for you!  Due to growth, we are currently looking for a Sales Administrator.  In this role, you will assist Sales with administrative tasks and special projects.

  • Liaison between Sales and Admin department.
  • Review sales order packet for accuracy and completeness.  Audit/edit order as necessary before submitting to Admin Department for processing.
  • Submit credit apps and pre-approvals/pre-screenings.
  • Pull buyouts online via leasing company websites.
  • Pull lease docs online via leasing company website, share drive, paper documents as needed.
  • Pull invoices from previous months as requested by rep for QBR's or other needs.
  • Prepare proposals for reps as requested.
  • Assist in the research of billing issues.
  • Assist in the maintenance of CRM database.
  • Answer incoming calls for Sales Department.
  • Assist in the preparation of commission payments.
  • Assist with administrative projects.
  • May attend customer meetings as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.  Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.

Associate's degree (A.A., A.S., etc.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position requires accuracy in data entry and the ability to multitask.  It is preferable that the individual doing this job is able to help in the problem solving arena, and has excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of eAutomate and Soaring a plus
  • Strong communication skills, including listening and questioning
  • Good written communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills to assist in problem solving
  • Able to handle more than one responsibility at a time
  • Independent work skills and able to work under deadlines
  • Keeps attendance and punctuality in good standing
  • Professional appearance required
