We are looking for dynamic engaging professionals with a positive and "get it done" attitude.  If you're looking to start a career or join a team, then this is the place for you!   We are currently looking for a part-time Marketing Intern.  In this role, you are responsible for designing marketing material, creating graphics, and designing company branded material and updating social media platforms

  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Design sales marketing material, such as drops-offs, brochures, etc.
  • Organize, monitor, and track success of company social events.
  • Design graphics for company website.
  • Design branded company documents.
  • Design branded company social media graphics and content.
  • Update company social media platforms.
  • Explore innovative ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
  • Assist Business Development Manager with various clerical projects & events.
  • Must be familiar with Adobe Creative Suites or similar software.
  • Must be actively enrolled in a Marketing degree program or related business field.
  • Must be able to work at the Coppell office between 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday. We are able to work with school schedule.
  • Keeps attendance and punctuality in good standing.
  • Adheres to all company/department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive work environment.
  • Be a team player.
  • Adhere to the Employee Code of Conduct.
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.
  • Other duties as assigned. Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.


Qualified candidates will possess the additional knowledge and skills listed below:

  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong communication skills, including listening and questioning.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking skills to assist in problem solving.
  • Able to handle more than one responsibility at a time.
  • Attention to details and highly organized.
  • Independent work skills and able to work under deadlines.


Desired Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be actively enrolled and pursuing a Marketing degree or related business field.
