We are looking for dynamic engaging professionals with a positive and "get it done" attitude.  If you're looking to start a career or join a team, then this is the place for you!   We are currently looking for a Custom Billing Specialist in our Contracts Department.  In this role, you are responsible for all processes within the contracts module, which includes creation, updates and adjustments, and cancellations for assigned custom bill accounts.

  • Manage all Custom Bill accounts assigned. This includes, but is not limited to: contract set up, removals/additions of equipment, cancellations, meter issues, credits and/or rebills.
  • Review custom invoices to ensure accuracy of billing, prior to mailing.
  • Audit contracts daily.
  • Resolve contract billing issues in a timely manner.
  • Scan sales packets daily.
  • Provide back up support to team members.
  • Respond to all email inquiries the same day.
  • Assist in the continued training of co-workers.
  • Provide internal & external customer support.
  • Maintain a positive work environment.
  • Be a Team Player.
  • Keeps attendance and punctuality in good standing.
  • Adheres to all company/department policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to the Employee Code of Conduct.
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.
  • Other duties as assigned. Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.

Qualified candidates will possess the additional knowledge and skills listed below: 

  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Products, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, including listening and questioning.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to stay focused.
  • Able to handle more than one responsibility at a time; multi-task and flexible.
  • Independent work skills and able to work under deadlines
  • Ability to follow-up on items without constant supervision.
  • Able to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.
  • Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.
  • Critical thinking skills to assist in problem solving.


Desired Qualifications: 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
